What we make

01 Living wine Living grape juice with no preservatives, additives, yeasts or enhancers. Hundreds of beneficial microorganisms keep it alive for years after it is made. 02 Cheeses & lyutenitsa Artisan cheeses aged up to 2 years and handmade yellow cheeses from pure milk — the fruit of a 100-year family tradition. 03 Preserves & syrups Made entirely by hand, the way our grandmothers did. No chemicals, gelatin or brighteners — with biodynamic sugar. 04 Honey from our bees Our region gives honey a rich, distinctive bouquet of wild flora. 05 Tea from nature The herbs are coarsely cut so they keep their aroma longer, and are packed by hand, not by machine. 06 Nuts & grains “The best grain I have ever baked bread with” — that is what customers who bake with our ancient varieties say. 07 Meat without E-numbers From our own animals, with no E-numbers, barely any salt and minimal spices, so the taste stays natural.
